Privacy Notice

How this website handles inquiries, service requests, and technical information.

Effective date: August 3, 2026

About this notice

This notice explains how Quest Digital Solutions, Inc. handles information when you visit questdigital.net. It applies to this public marketing website and does not replace the terms of any separate customer or service agreement.

Information this website collects

The Contact Us form collects first name, last name, company when provided, email address, phone number, and the message submitted. It also records browser, request, routing, and self-hosted security-verification information so Quest can respond to the inquiry, document delivery, and prevent abuse.

The Lenovo Service Request page collects the machine serial and type, warranty information when Lenovo cannot verify it, problem and incident details, contact information, service choices, fee acknowledgement when applicable, required repair-authorization and data-risk acknowledgement, and an optional choice about transactional text messages. The warranty check and final submission each use a self-hosted, invisible-by-default security verification that may request checkbox interaction. Quest records the sanitized verification outcome and limited browser and request context to process, secure, and document the request, but does not retain the one-use security token or raw detection payload.

The service-request flow uses a short-lived, strictly limited security cookie. The contact and service-request pages do not place submitted details in browser storage, URLs, or analytics.

Like most web servers, our server may automatically record limited request data needed to deliver and protect the site. Those records may include an IP address, request date and time, requested page, response status, referring page, browser or device user-agent, and related technical request details.

How inquiry and service-request information is used and disclosed

Quest uses Contact Us submissions to respond to business inquiries, create and manage a sales ticket, route the inquiry, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain an internal record of the submission. The information is sent to ConnectWise, Quest’s service-management platform. Quest attempts an exact email match to an active contact; when no unique contact is found, the inquiry is assigned to a general Catchall company and default contact for staff review.

Quest uses Lenovo service-request information to evaluate reported coverage, document repair authorization and the customer’s data-risk and device-pickup acknowledgement, arrange diagnostics and repair, create and maintain a service ticket, communicate about scheduling and status, prevent abuse, and maintain consent and transaction records.

Machine and warranty information is sent to Lenovo to evaluate service eligibility. The machine serial is compared with recent open repair-ticket records in ConnectWise, Quest’s service-management platform, to prevent a confirmed duplicate request. Request and contact information is also sent to ConnectWise to create and manage the repair ticket. Limited providers that support these functions may process information for Quest under applicable contractual and security controls.

Text-message choice

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of service. If selected, Quest may send transactional messages about the submitted repair, including scheduling and status updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Quest also honors other reasonable opt-out requests.

How technical records are used

We use server records only to operate the website, troubleshoot errors, understand aggregate service demand, investigate abuse, and protect our systems. We do not use them to build advertising profiles or track visitors across unrelated websites.

Retention

Routine website access logs are kept on a rolling basis for up to 14 days and are then deleted or overwritten. We may preserve relevant records longer when reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident, prevent abuse, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims.

Contact submissions are delivered directly to a sales ticket rather than kept in a separate website submission store. The ticket, submitted message, and internal delivery and security evidence are retained under Quest’s business-record retention practices and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Abuse-prevention records are removed on an automated schedule.

Temporary encrypted service-request data is deleted from the website system after ticket creation and internal-note delivery are confirmed. Short-lived abandoned eligibility records and abuse-prevention records are removed on an automated schedule. The resulting service ticket and its evidence are retained under Quest’s service-record retention practices and applicable legal or contractual requirements.

Disclosure and sale of information

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Limited technical records may be disclosed to service providers supporting website operations or security, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our systems.

Phone calls and external links

Selecting a phone link asks your device to place a call. The website does not receive your phone number merely because you select that link; information is provided to us when you complete the call or otherwise communicate with us.

As the Contact page map preview approaches the visible page, your browser requests the visible map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. OpenStreetMap may receive your IP address, browser user agent, referring website origin, and the map area requested under its own privacy practices. The preview does not send Contact Us form contents or request your device location.

On desktop and unsupported devices, the Contact page and Walk In service-request directions links open Google Maps in a new tab. On supported phones and tablets, those directions links instead hand the destination to Apple Maps or the installed Android navigation handler. The map-issue link opens OpenStreetMap in a new tab. These external map services operate under their own privacy practices and may receive information independently from Quest Digital Solutions, Inc.; the website itself does not request the device’s location.
